The Ford Fusion Trim Levels
Your first
option is known as the S. The team here at Permian Ford enjoys this
entry-level trim because it has a long list of standard features. This
model gives you push-button start, Bluetooth, a USB port, and the SYNC
interface. There are also several standard driver aids, including
lane-keep assist, forward automatic emergency braking, and a blind-spot
monitor with rear cross-traffic alert. This is the only trim to have a
2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 175
horsepower.
Next up is the SE. Underneath the hood,
there is a turbo-four EcoBoost engine that produces 181 horsepower. On
top of the great features found in the S, the SE has dual-zone automatic
climate control, an eight-inch touchscreen, satellite radio, Apple
CarPlay, and Android Auto. This trim also gains rear parking
sensors.
The third option for cruising around Hobbs,
NM is called the SEL. It gets an impressive 11-speaker premium audio
system as well as cozy heated front seats. The ultimate version of the
Ford Fusion is called the Titanium. This fully-loaded vehicle has all
the most popular tech and convenience features out there. Examples
include a moonroof, heated steering wheel, ventilated front seats,
voice-activated navigation, and a 12-speaker sound
system.
Underneath the hood of the Titanium trim is a
turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine. It produces 240 horsepower
as well as 270 pound-feet of torque. This engine is also available as an
upgrade for the SE trim.
